Tufted Roller Brushes with Split Core

Description:

Tufted Split-Core Roller Brushes combine all the benefits of solid-core roller brushes with the added convenience of being mounted onto a shaft without the need to remove it from its bearings. With various combinations of brush fill, density, and tufting patterns, these brushes offer exceptional versatility. 

Available in standard or custom sizes, they can be constructed with synthetic, wooden, aluminum, or steel cores. They may be supplied either pre-assembled with a shaft or as a plain bore for easy installation onto an existing shaft.  

The tufted fill material is securely attached to the core via machine stapling or hand-drawing, tailored to the required pattern and density. These brushes can feature flat or profiled working surfaces, making them ideal for applications such as powdering, pressurizing, sweeping, material transport, and washing.
