Tianze Brush toothed belt brushes expand our belt brush lineup with a unique advantage in feeding technology: adjustable, measurable cycle times.
We exclusively use standard polyurethane toothed belts fitted with specially welded studs to secure the filling material. These belts are highly resistant to moisture, oils, greases, and most chemicals, with an operational temperature range of -15°C to 80°C.
Our experience has shown that the required changes to belt brushes are specific to the customer's application, so we only offer custom designs to our customers.
