We manufacture custom-length flat brushes with polyurethane and canvas core, available either as a continuous or open belt, longer lengths or widths is provided with steering strings to maintain concentricity and run out. Primarily tufted with natural bristles, plant fibers, or synthetic filaments, they offer brush surfaces ranging from very soft to very hard. The great advantages of flat belt brush are the large range of widths and fill densities. Our standard multi-layered belts feature a chrome leather cover sheet and running surface with an integrated polyamide insert, suitable for temperatures from -15°C to +80°C. For endless belts, correct pre-tension is critical.
